Josh Radnor scored two victories in court Friday morning — he got the restraining order case brought against him by his neighbors completely dismissed AND they were ordered to pay his legal fees.
The "How I Met Your Mother" star was in court today where a judge ruled there was "no basis for the issuance of a permanent restraining order" against Radnor.
The judge ordered any and all restraining orders dissolved and the case dismissed.
But where things got particularly legen-wait for it-dary for Radnor was when he asked the judge to order his neighbors to pay his legal bill. The judge agreed and ordered them to cough up $4,000 within the next 10 days.
Radnor and his neighbors have been fighting over a wooden deck Radnor had constructed at his home that extended into an easement on his neighbor's property. The neighbor's disputed the deck and the two have been fighting ever since.
Radnor is also upset that "false statements" were printed about him allegedly harassing his neighbors, and he believes the stories are damaging to his reputation as an actor.
