Josh Radnor just got a big victory in court when a judge dismissed a temporary restraining order against him after the actor disputed his neighbor's "false statements."

According to documents, obtained by The Blast, the "How I Met Your Mother" star filed his own declaration against his neighbors, who he had been at war with over a deck.

The two have been fighting over a wooden deck Radnor had constructed at his home that extended into an easement on his neighbor's property. The neighbor's disputed the deck and the two have been fighting ever since. The neighbors recently sought out a restraining order claiming Radnor and a male roommate engaged in shirtless screaming matches with them.

Well, the actor shot down all his neighbor's accusations, flat out saying, "I have never shouted at any of the Andersons, shirtless or otherwise." He also cleared up the roommate situation by explaining "There is no other adult male living at my home. I sometimes have guests stay at my home when they are in town."

Radnor says the only time he has spoken with the neighbors recently is after he left his house key in an Uber, and they assisted with a phone call. He claims they tried to discuss the litigation but he politely declined to engage in the conversation.

He also claims to have photos of the neighbors scaling his wall, and says they are "climbing over the wrought iron separating the homes" to get on his property and harass him. He says they have been on his property multiple times since the argument started.

Radnor is also upset that "false statements" were printed about him allegedly harassing his neighbors, and he believes the stories are damaging to his reputation as an actor.

The judge in the case agreed with Radnor and terminated the restraining order. Their next hearing is in September.

And that's how I dismissed my restraining order...
