Josh Malina's neighbor claims the "Scandal" star has been harassing him and his wife for the past three years and he's had enough — he's gotten a restraining order.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Malina's neighbor, Jarod Lam, claims he has been verbally assaulting him from a private number and threatening him.
Lam claims that Malina has accused him of poisoning his trees, at one point yelling at his wife, "You better not f***ing cut my tree!"
Lam says he's told Malina several times that he had nothing to do with his trees, but Malina continues to harass him.
A judge has granted the temporary restraining order until a hearing on October 17. Malina is not allowed to harass Lam until then, but the judge did not specifically hand down a stay away order since it's unclear how close their respective houses are.
The Blast reached out to Malina's rep for comment — so far, no word back.
