Joe Giudice tasted a few sweet moments of freedom before being handed over to another federal agency, and now he's gearing up to fight his deportation to Italy.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was released from FCI Allenwood after serving more than 3-years for fraud and failing to pay taxes.
Giudice, who was an Italian citizen and came to the United States as a baby, was immediately transferred into ICE custody and will be detained until his case is heard in immigration court. The reality star will try and appeal deportation to Italy, as it was ruled he would be sent home after his release from prison.
Teresa Giudice, who previously served a year in prison, has reportedly said she will divorce Joe if he is in fact deported. On the plus side, if he goes back to Italy he'll at least get some delicious food.
