Jim Carrey is stirring up all sorts of nostalgic vibes, because along with starring in a movie centered around a beloved video game, the star has returned to his whacky comedic antics that we fell in love with back in the day.
Paramount Pictures dropped the first trailer Tuesday morning for "Sonic The Hedgehog," based on the SEGA video game franchise.
Carrey plays the evil villain, Doctor Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, alongside James Marsden and Ben Shcwartz, who voices Sonic.
Along with Carrey's crazy performance of Dr. Robotnik, Sonic's top speed is also revealed at 760 MPH.
Hold onto your rings ... "Sonic The Hedgehog" hits theaters in November.
