Jesse Williams Buying Bachelor Pad in Los Angeles

Jesse Williams wants to buy and move into a new home, but first he has to make sure his estranged wife signs off on the purchase.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Williams says he "intends to purchase a new residence located in Los Angeles" and wants to ensure that it is kept as his sole and separate property.

Even though Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee are split up, they are still technically married and using communal funds so Williams had to get a quitclaim deed to state that the property belongs only to himself.

The documents state that a "residence stipulation" has already been agreed upon by Williams and Drake-Lee to allow him to get the new home.

The former couple's divorce has been long and drawn out, and is still ongoing. They have yet to agree upon a final settlement.
