Jesse James is accused of screwing a former New York Giant out of $127,000 for a custom-built motorcycle which he claims he paid for six years ago and still hasn’t been received.
According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, David Diehl — who won two Super Bowls with the Giants — says he made a $45,000 down payment to James in 2011 for a motorcycle that was supposed to be finished the following year.
Diehl says he ended up paying James a total of $127,050 and nearly six years later, still has no bike. He says James claims the bike had to be rebuilt because it “didn’t look right,” but has refused to provide any pictures detailing the vehicle progress.
Diehl also accuses James of being inattentive and having financial problems related to the closing of West Coast Choppers and believes his motorcycle was collateral damage.
