The brother of "Jersey Shore" The Situation has been ordered to pay $337,000 in restitution following his guilty plea on tax charges and will start making payments while in prison.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Marc Sorrentino reached an agreement with prosecutors that will have him pay the IRS $337,693 for the taxes they lost out on due to his "criminal conduct."
The amount breaks down as $20,565 for 2010, $166,815 for 2011 and $150,313 for 2012.
The order states that he shall make monthly payments "toward the restitution at an amount of no less than $100 while in custody and no less than 10% of his gross monthly income while on supervised release."
Back in October, Marc Sorrentino was sentenced to two years in prison for violating federal tax laws. The Situation was hit with an eight-month prison sentence and ordered to pay $123,913 in restitution.
The two have until Tuesday to check in to start their prison terms.
