'Jersey Shore' Star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Files Police Report Against Baby Mama, Claims She Smashed Him In the Face At Strip Club

By TheBlast Staff

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is accusing his estranged baby mama of bashing him in the face with an ashtray on New Year's Eve and now he's filed a police report accusing her of the assault.

We're told Ronnie just left the Las Vegas Police Department where he filed a report against Jen Harley, the mother of his 9-month-old daughter, Ariana.

According to our sources, the alleged incident happened as the two were celebrating New Year's Eve at the Hustler Club in Las Vegas. Our sources say Harley became irate when she saw her name listed in Ronnie's cell phone as "Ariana's Mother" instead of her actual name. The two began arguing, and it quickly escalated into a physical altercation.

Our sources say the "Jersey Shore" star suffered a busted nose and split lip. One source said he "left the club with a bad bloody face." Eyewitnesses say she hit him in the face several times.

Police confirmed the incident telling us, "On January 3, 2019, a man came to an LVMPD substation to file a Battery Domestic Violence report against his girlfriend. According to the man, the alleged battery occurred on December 31, 2018 at approximately 11:43 p.m. inside of a business located on the 6000 block of Dean Martin Drive. This alleged battery is currently being investigated by detectives."

Ortiz-Magro's assault claim comes on the heels of him being named a "person of interest" in an alleged break-in at the home of Jen Harley.

According to the Las Vegas Police Department, Harley called police at 2:15 AM on New Year's Day to report a possible burglary and destruction of property. She told police she argued with her boyfriend before arriving home.

Police say officers on the scene "observed that several items in the home were damaged including a television and picture frames."

This is far from the first incident for these two.

As The Blast previously reported, Harley was arrested in June after she allegedly attacked Ronnie as the two drove home from a BBQ. At one point, our sources say the car hit something that popped a tire and as they were pulling over, Ronnie began to get out of the car to get away from Harley.

Their young daughter was in the car at the time of the incident.

Harley did not face charges over the incident due to insufficient evidence.
