Jerry Jones is apologizing for a racially-charged comment he made on video, explaining “It’s not who I am, and I’m sorry.”

The Blast received a statement from Jerry Jones via the Dallas Cowboys, saying “That comment was inappropriate.”

We broke the story regarding the 2013 video of Jones telling a fan’s fiancée, “You know he’s with a black girl tonight, don’t you?”

Deion Sanders told us, after viewing the video, that Jones is not racist and believes the video was just a joke that went south.

The NFL, and Roger Goodell, have yet to comment on the situation.
