Janice Dickinson just took a hard loss in court after she tried going after one of the attorneys for Bill Cosby.
Dickinson had sued the famed lawyer last year after roping him into her defamation lawsuit against Cosby. The former supermodel was upset that Singer had put out a press release reiterating comments from the comedian, claiming she was a liar and her accusations were false.
Singer, who has represented the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Kim Kardashian, Charlie Sheen and Arnold Schwarzenegger, filed to be dismissed from Dickinson's case on the grounds that there was no malice or recklessness in his statement.
Well the judge sided with Singer and dismissed him as a party in the case. Singer's attorney Andrew Brettler tells The Blast, "Ms. Dickinson never should have sued Mr. Singer in this case. We are extremely pleased that Judge Hammock agreed and dismissed every cause of action against him."
They add that Dickinson is now on the hook for paying the legal fees that Singer incurred during his fight with Dickinson, and are told they will be filing a motion very soon to make sure they get paid.
