Gimme Gimme Gimme Apple’s New iPhone!

Say goodbye to your paycheck, because Apple just announced they are selling two new iPhones, a new Apple Watch and a new Apple TV.

The new iPhone X will feature wireless charging, an edge-to-edge screen, a “super retina display” and a new Face ID system (replacing Touch ID). Oh, and say goodbye to the home button — it’s gone.

The iPhone X isn’t available for pre-order until October 27 and starts at $999. It ships on November 3.

Apple also introduced an iPhone 8 that will support wireless charging. The iPhone 8 will start at $699 while the iPhone 8 Plus starts at $799.

In addition to the new iPhone models, Apple also unveiled Apple Watch Series 3, which will be the first model to feature LTE-compatibility — meaning you can make calls and stream music without having your phone around.

The new watches will cost $399 with cellular connectivity and $329 without it. Apple says they will start taking orders on September 15 and the watch will be available on September 22.

As for the new Apple TV, it will now play movies and TV shows at 4K Ultra HD resolution and support both Dolby Vision and HDR10.

It will be available on September 22 for $179 (with 32GB of internal storage) or $199 for 64GB. Preorders begin on September 15.

Somewhere in the distance, Samsung execs can be heard gently weeping.
