The former lead singer for Hinder cut a deal with his ex-wife to split up 81 songs in their divorce settlement, but luckily got to keep the rights for his biggest hit.
According to the settlement agreement obtained by The Blast, Austin Winkler agreed to share with his ex-wife, Jami, half of all rights, title and future earnings for 81 Hinder songs. The track list includes hits like, "All American Nightmare" and "2 Sides of Me," but unfortunately does not include the mega hit song, "Lips of an Angel."
Along with splitting up his music, Winkler has to pay $12,000 in retroactive spousal support that was owed in 2017. After the back payment, he does not owe any more spousal support.
Winkler got to keep a few things for himself though, including his 2016 Infiniti SUV and any property he owned following the couple's split in 2014.
Austin and Jami were originally married on July 30, 2008 and have no minor children.
