'The Hills' Star Audrina Patridge's Ex-Husband Allows Daughter to Appear on Reality Show

By TheBlast Staff

The daughter of "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge will be allowed to appear on the MTV reality show reboot after her estranged husband, Corey Bohan, signed off on it as part of their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bohan recently went back to court in their divorce battle accusing Partridge of refusing to sign the settlement deal. He says they reached the deal in January and both sides were both happy with the terms.

But Bohan claims that since then, Patridge has refused to finalize the deal.

As part of the motion filed by Bohan, he is asking the judge to order the settlement draft they worked out be entered and finalized in the case.

In the docs, he attached the full settlement, which reveals that in their negotiations, Bohan agreed to allow his daughter Kirra to film for "The Hills: New Beginnings" with Partridge. In return, she agreed to not allow Kirra to be a part of any other projects without his approving.

The two worked out a joint legal and physical custody agreement and neither appear to be paying child support. Patridge agreed to pay for private school in the future.

The docs note that Audrina Patridge pulls in $10,000 a month and Bohan pulls in around $2,500.

The reality star originally filed for divorce in 2017 and the two were able to settle the majority of issues. The couple split up a few different bank accounts and each gets to keep their household furniture, jewelry, and other belongings.

As The Blast previously reported, the terms of their prenup dictated the split, which calls for neither side to pay the other spousal support.
