Harry Anderson, who is best known for his long-running stint as Judge Harry Stone in the 80s-90s sitcom “Night Court,” has died at the age of 65.
Anderson’s family confirmed his passing to The Blast.
According to local police, they responded to his Asheville, North Carolina home at around 6:41. He was found deceased and no foul play is suspected.
The actor relocated to the Asheville area after Hurricane Katrina.
Aside from his role on “Night Court,” which earned him three Emmy nomination, Anderson also had roles in the original mini-series “It,” several appearances on “Saturday” and starred the CBS show “Dave’s World.”
He is survived by his wife and two children.
