'RHOC' Star Gretchen Rossi's Ex-Lawyers Drop $300k Battle Over Unpaid Bills

By TheBlast Staff

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi can breathe a little easier after her ex-lawyers dropped their $300k lawsuit against the reality star.

On July 18, the law firm Brown & Charbonneau LLP filed docs in their case against Rossi explaining they are dismissing the entire case against the "RHOC" star. The docs note the dismissal is with prejudice, meaning it can’t be refiled in the future.

The case was closed the same day.

Back in 2016, the firm sued Rossi over unpaid work they had done relating to a harassment lawsuit involving her alleged stalker that went on for years.

The lawyers claimed invoices were sent to Rossi that totaled $301,000. They sued her for allegedly refusing to pay up on the debt.

Rossi counter-sued the firm, accusing them of making errors in the legal battle she claimed cost her additional and unnecessary expenses and money being awarded to other parties.

She claimed to have already paid them $405k for their services and accused them of invoicing her for unexplained added charges.

Earlier this month, Gretchen Rossi was sued by a debt collection company for allegedly failing to pay up on a credit card she opened back in 2014. The lawsuit claims she made payments up until January 2017 and then stopped, leaving an unpaid balance of $9,433.56.

Rossi told Page Six she never opened up the card, claiming she had been "notified by Home Depot that her information was among the data compromised in the 2014 data breach by hackers."
