Viacom is trying to add insult to injury in their legal battle with The Game — not only did they defeat the rapper in court earlier this year, they now want him to pick up their legal bill.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the media company wants to be reimbursed for having to defend against the rapper’s $20,000,000 lawsuit stemming from an alleged assault on The Game's dating show, "She Got Game."

They are asking the court to order Game to pay up for their defense, which cost them $35,729.50.

The judge has yet to rule.

Last year, The Game sued Viacom for $20 million demanding they be held liable for the $7.1 million judgment he was hit with by a cast member on his VH1 show.

The rapper was hit with the judgment after Priscilla Rainey won her lawsuit against him, where she accused him of sexual assault during the filming of the reality dating show.

The Game argued Viacom should cover the bill due to them casting Rainey on the show, despite knowing she had a criminal history. He claimed they knew of her multiple felony arrests for battery and that she suffered from mental health issues.

Viacom denied they should be liable for the $7.1 judgment and sought to have the entire case dismissed.

On June 5, the judge came back with his decision and sided with the media company by dismissing The Game’s case.
