Frances Bean Cobain Is Officially Single, But Still Working Out Property and Cash

Frances Bean Cobain is halfway to being finished with her estranged husband Isaiah Silva, because a judge has declared her a single lady.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Cobain requested that the judge declare the couple officially split, which went into effect Thursday.

However, final judgment on the ex-couple's divorce is pending the settlement between the two parties over all the assets, including a guitar previously belonging to Kurt Cobain that Frances gave to Isaiah and wants back. The guitar is potentially worth millions of dollars.

As we previously reported, Cobain plans on calling her mother, Courtney Love, as a witness to testify about the guitar ... which is still a possibility if the two can't hammer out an agreement over their stuff.

But, at least she's single. Gotta start somewhere.
