Caitlin Upton — who gained notoriety in 2007 after she flubbed a beauty pageant question in the most epic way possible — is now headed for divorce.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Upton's husband, Charles McNeil, filed divorce documents today in Los Angeles. The couple was married in 2016 and separated in July.

They have no minor children and McNeil is leaving open the option for spousal support. McNeil cites irreconcilable differences for the split.

Her LinkedIn page says she is now in real estate, while her Instagram page says she is a model and trainer.

Upton became Miss South Carolina Teen USA for 2007 and competed in the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant, where she finished as third runner-up.
