Floyd Mayweather has reached a settlement with the interior designer who sued the fighter for refusing to pay up on a home remodel bill.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Palumbo Design says the entire case against Mayweather has been settled.
Mayweather had not even responded to the allegations in court prior to the settlement. The terms of the deal will remain confidential.
As The Blast first reported, Palumbo Design sued Mayweather claiming they were hired to be the interior designer and project manager to oversee the complete cosmetic redesign of his newly-purchased Beverly Hills mansion.
Palumbo said they held up their end of the deal by completing work on the home. The company said Mayweather paid over $1 million for their work on the project.
However, they claimed Floyd Mayweather stopped paying the rest of the bill and ignored their repeated demands for further payments on the remaining $650,000 owed.
