'Flip Or Flop' Star Tarek El Moussa: I Want the $1M Yacht In Divorce

When you're as rich as Christina and Tarek El Moussa, it takes a while to divide up your many multi-million dollar assets, but one thing is clear: Tarek wants his big boat.

It's been nearly a year since the El Moussas filed for divorce and sources close to the former couple tell us they're working on reaching a settlement, one luxury item at a time. Our sources say Christina could care less about the yacht and thinks the couple should sell it and split up the cash. Tarek has other plans, he's keeping the boat.

The El Moussas dropped well over a million on the 2015 Sea Ray Sundancer 510 yacht. That means Tarek is going to have to part with a bunch of pricey items to make it an even split.

Between the Lambo, Bentley, boats, and homes, there's a ton of community property to be split up. The good thing is ... we are told it has been an amicable process.

The divorce process has been a long one — Tarek filed for divorce back in January, requesting spousal support. Christina filed her response seven months later, also asking for support and that his request be terminated.

The couple has been recently spotted filming new episodes of "Flip or Flop" in Orange County and we are told they don't interact much, except while cameras are rolling.
