'Body of Proof' Star Nic Bishop Files for Divorce from Estranged Wife

English-born Australian actor Nic Bishop has finally decided to officially end things with his wife, and won't have to worry about dating again because he's already got a girlfriend.
Bishop, who starred in the short-lived TV show, "Body of Proof," and as a main cast member on USA's "Covert Affairs," filed for divorce Thursday in Los Angeles against Claire Smith.
The two apparently split back in 2016, but never filed the paperwork for a divorce. Bishop has also been publicly dating actress Jes Macallan since at least 2018. Macallan is best known for her role as Ava Sharpe on The CW's, "Legends of Tomorrow."
The former couple had been together since 2006 and have two children, Ava and Harrison.
