Eminem Cleanin’ Out His Closet While Losing $2.9 Million on Mansion Sale

Eminem‘s wallet just took an unexpected “L” because the rapper lost millions on the sale of his mansion.

The “Slim Shady” producer sold his Rochester Hills, MI home for $1.9 million.  He originally bought the place for $4.8 million in 2003.

If you’re keeping score, that’s a loss of $2.9 million.

The modest 17,500 sq ft property is pretty dope.  It has 22 rooms comprised of 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a massive entertainment room, swimming pool, guard house, tennis court, and even a pond to reflect on all the money you spent on such a gigantic pad.

Don’t feel too bad for Marshall Mathers though, he’s still reportedly worth $190 million.
