Drake performed at one of the most top-secret, and most expensive company parties of the year — and we’ve got the video of the party going down.
Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel shelled out millions renting out L.A. Live for his employees and threw an epic New Year’s Eve rager.
Spiegel went to great lengths to keep Drake’s surprise performance under wraps. In an ironic twist, Snapchat even reportedly blocked all snaps coming from the venue and surrounding areas.

It’s unclear how much Drake was paid for the event, but renting out one of the hottest acts in the world doesn’t come cheap.
The Blast had Snapchat sources on the inside, who told us the entertainment was great … but the real crowd-pleaser was the food.
Since Spiegel rented out L.A. Live, guests were permitted to dine at any of the nearby resteraunts, including Katsuya, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, and Lucky Strike — all courtesy of the host.
To make sure the riff-raff stayed out, we’re told there was a big security presence including guards and dogs.
Now, that’s how you kick off 2018!
