If Dog the Bounty Hunter's new show can be summed up in one sentence from the new trailer, it would be this: "May God have mercy on you when I get you, because I won’t."
Duane Chapman and his wife Beth are back with a new show, "Dog’s Most Wanted," which chronicles Dog's bounty hunting exploits as Beth deals with her battle against throat cancer.
In the trailer, with Beth by his side, Dog says to the camera, "Duane 'Dog' Chapman here. My wife, the love of my life, is fighting for her life. Instead of being at home helping her, I’m out here looking for you. I’m warning you in advance. May God have mercy on you when I catch you, because I won’t."
Beth then adds, "You've been warned."
The show follows Dog as he takes down his "bucket list" of most wanted fugitives across the country.
"Dog’s Most Wanted" airs later this year on WGN.
Earlier this year, the cameras were rolling as Dog collared a 39-year old man in Covington, Louisiana that was wanted for the alleged sexual battery of a child. Dog and Beth both helped negotiate the man's surrender to authorities.
The arrest marked the first since Beth went under the knife as she continued her fight against cancer.
As The Blast first reported, Beth Chapman originally underwent surgery in September 2017 to remove a plum-sized tumor from her neck. She had previously said she was diagnosed with stage II throat cancer.
In late 2018, Beth learned her cancer had returned and she underwent emergency throat surgery after doctors discovered a large blockage in her throat.
Beth was also hospitalized briefly in April after the reality star had trouble breathing.
