Finally some good news for DMX, he will get to serve time in the prison that he was hoping for.
According to a judgement in his tax case, DMX will become an inmate at FCI Danbury in Connecticut. As we first reported, X wanted Danbury because of their extensive addiction programs and counseling.
The judge in his case also ordered that he pay back his $2.3 million restitution in monthly garnishments of 10% of his “gross monthly income” that will begin two months after he’s released from custody.
He’s also required to participate in substance abuse and mental health programs, and submit to “drug testing.”
And even though FCI Danbury is a low-security facility, X will still be held to a daily regimen of early morning wake-ups and cleaning duties. Plus, he’ll be getting a new job.
