Demi Lovato really wants to be done with the mansion where she nearly died from an overdose because the price has just been dropped by half a million bucks.
The price on Demi's 4-bed, 6-bath 5,500 sq ft home was reduced by $500,000 for a new asking price of $8,995,000. It originally went on the market earlier this month for $9,495,000.
Demi bought the home in 2016, but has not been back since she overdosed in July and has been receiving treatment at an out-of-state rehab facility.
Along with the bad vibes for Demi as a reason not to move back in, the mansion is literally an entertainer's paradise and probably not the best setting for her longterm recovery plan.
The listing for the property boasts a huge backyard with a zero-edge pool, outdoor grill and covered gazebo that is a "perfect setting for entertaining guests." It also includes an upper club level with a private bar and media room.
It's unclear if the singer will move back to Los Angeles, or set up a permanent residence somewhere else, but her mom just recently gave fans an update on her health and recovery, and said the star is "getting the help she needs." She also credited the fans for the "millions of prayers."
