David Arquette made his return to the wrestling ring Thursday night and the 46-year-old looked more than ready to rumble.
Arquette had a brief and primarily promotional run as WCW Heavyweight Champion leading up to the release of his wrestling movie, "Ready To Rumble," nearly 20 years ago.
While Arquette's achievements in the squared circle were obviously a work, the actor recently announced his intention to return to wrestling with some good, ol' fashioned hard work – which he proved during an independent wrestling show Thursday night.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the former WCW champion made a surprise appearance at Championship Wrestling From Hollywood.
Arquette teamed up with wrestlers Peter Avalon and Ray Rosas to help them defeat Yuma and Kevin Martenson. The actor unleashed a double stunner and, naturally, the crowd popped big time.
Arquette is currently training for his return to wrestling and filming his journey for an upcoming documentary about his comeback, according to The Sheet.
