Danny DeVito Goes Down HARD in Mexico While Promoting 'Dumbo'

Danny DeVito really could have used some help from a flying elephant when he tried to make his way up a flight of stairs.
DeVito is out in Mexico City promoting Disney's "Dumbo," where he plays the role of ringmaster, Max Medici. During a press event, the star was making his way on stage when he caught an edge and went down super hard.
"I tripped!" DeVito announced to the crowd as he was helped to his feet and let everyone know, "I think I'm okay." He then made the crowd promise not to print a picture of the fall.
Understood ... no PICTURES of the fall will be posted. By the way, a rep for the star tells us he's doing fine after the tumble.
