Dan Bilzerian Gives Exercise Tips for Stoner Gains

Dan Bilzerian is the personal trainer you didn’t know you needed.

Bilzerian took to social media to divulge some “workout tips and diet shit” and, if you’re a stoner, Bilzerian has the perfect workout plan for you.

The Instagram king advises multiple reps of dabs both pre and post-workout, saying, “Yes, I do f***ing dab. I smoke weed while I workout, before I workout. Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn’t,” adding that he sticks to Sativas.

If you get the munchies while following Bilzerian’s fitness plan, don’t worry — while he personally stays away from processed foods and dairy, he makes an exception for pizza.

Unfortunately, there’s a strict no candy rule: “Stay away from f***ing sugar, sugar is the absolute f***ing devil.”
