Dan Bilzerian is the personal trainer you didn't know you needed.

Bilzerian took to social media to divulge some "workout tips and diet shit" and, if you're a stoner, Bilzerian has the perfect workout plan for you.

The Instagram king advises multiple reps of dabs both pre and post-workout, saying, "Yes, I do f***ing dab. I smoke weed while I workout, before I workout. Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn't," adding that he sticks to Sativas.

If you get the munchies while following Bilzerian's fitness plan, don't worry — while he personally stays away from processed foods and dairy, he makes an exception for pizza.

Unfortunately, there's a strict no candy rule: "Stay away from f***ing sugar, sugar is the absolute f***ing devil."
