Craig Sager — the legendary NBA reporter who passed away in December 2016 after a battle with leukemia — did not include his three adult children in his will.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Sager left everything to Stacy Jo Sager, his second wife. The couple has two younger children together, Riley and Ryan, while Sager has three adult children from his first marriage: Krista, Craig II, and Kacy.
Sager's adult children have long feuded with their stepmother and the subject of his will became public on Tuesday after Craig II posted on Twitter about getting served with the documents.
Sager wrote, "Nothing like getting served, pestered by Sherrifs & taken to court over a Will that myself and my sisters are not only 100% excluded from but do not even have any interest in contesting in the first place. Thanks Dad ?"
Kacy added on Twitter, "The point was that WE NEVER WANTED A DIME. WE NEVER WANTED TO CONTEST THE WILL. We made that clear, and she still sent sheriffs to our doors to drag us to court."
