Corey Feldman was busted for possession of weed after speeding through Louisiana in an R.V.
Mangham Police Chief Perry Fleming tells The Blast Feldman's R.V. was pulled over for speeding Saturday night while on his way with bandmates to perform at the Live Oaks Bar and Ballroom in Monroe.
Fleming says when his officers ran Feldman's drivers license, it came back suspended. The officers also observed a "strong odor" of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
We're told the officers searched the vehicle after Feldman consented, and marijuana was discovered. The amount was small, and considered for personal use.
Fleming tells us officers also deemed the "Lost Boys" star to be sober while operating the vehicle.
Feldman was arrested, handcuffed and transported to the local jail where he paid a $400 fine for the misdemeanor possession and for speeding. He was released shortly after.
However, others in his band were not so lucky. Fleming says several members of "Corey Feldman and the Angels" were arrested and charged on more serious crimes of possession prescriptions, including Xanax.
They were booked into the county jail and released after posting bond.
We're told Feldman is considered square with the law after paying his fine, but his bandmates will have to return for court at a later time.
