Cops Called To Jenelle Evans' Home For Alleged Assault

By TheBlast Staff

Sheriffs deputies responded to an alleged assault at Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason's North Carolina home over the weekend.

A spokesperson for Columbus County Sheriffs Office tells us they were called to the "Teen Mom 2" couple's property Saturday night but deputies did not complete a report because the call apparently did not warrant one.

According to dispatch audio, the call came in as an assault, specifically a "4A1," which emergency medical dispatchers classify as a "not dangerous body assault."

The Ashley, who first reported the story, claims the alleged assault occurred during a domestic dispute between the two and ended with Evans opting to cancel the ambulance and take a private car to the hospital.

Jenelle's rep issued a statement to People regarding the incident, saying Evans "had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property. Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire."
