Garbrandt was in NYC promoting this weekend's big fights at Madison Square Garden when he was asked what's more nerve-racking -- squaring up against T.J. Dillashaw at UFC 217 or becoming a father.
Garbrandt says he doesn't get nervous before a big fight, but admits he's very anxious to meet his son. Garbrandt's wife is 18-weeks pregnant with Kai Fisher.
The MMA fighter says if his son chooses to go down the same path and become a professional fighter he will give him the same support his own mother gave when he was up and coming.
As for his fight this weekend, Garbrandt says the plan is simple, "I'm gonna knock him out."
