Chris Pratt and Anna Faris had a prenup in place that dictates the terms of their divorce and they are using it to lay out their split.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Pratt and Faris have waived their right to spousal support now and forever. They have also agreed that neither side shall pay child support "at the present time."
The two sides have also agreed to maintain a joint bank account for their son, Jack, to cover his monthly expenses. Each of them shall fund the account on a yearly basis.
As for custody, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their son. They have agreed to be "flexible" as far as the actual timeshare of Jack goes, depending on their availability and work schedules.
The documents — filed by ItsOverEasy.com founder Laura Wasser and Pratt's attorney, Lauren Petkin — do not make any mention of how they are dividing up their assets.
The couple filed for divorce in December 2017, citing irreconcilable differences.
