UPDATE

9:25 AM: The woman is not clear on any details of her allegations, but claims Chris Brown "stalks" her and "follows" her. She also says, "He's hitting me," but provides no follow-up of when or where the alleged incidents happened.

Regardless of her lack of details, the judge granted the restraining order and Brown must stay 100 yards away from the woman until a hearing next month.

Chris Brown has just found himself in new legal trouble stemming from an incident at a party where he allegedly struck a woman.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a woman named Cassandra was granted a temporary restraining order against the R&B star in Los Angeles. Brown is ordered to stay 100 yards away from her.

In the document, Cassandra accuses Brown of "hitting" her and alleges that the star is stalking her.

This is the second legal issue the "Loyal" singer has faced in as many months. Back in May, Brown was named in a sexual battery lawsuit filed by a "Jane Doe" who claims she was imprisoned in Brown's home, prevented from accessing her cell phone and raped by one of his acquaintances.

In the lawsuit, Doe accused Brown of brandishing a weapon in his home and plying guests with alcohol and drugs.

As we reported, that incident is still being investigated by LAPD and has yet to be presented to the District Attorney for consideration on charges.

The Blast has reached out to the accuser as well as reps for Chris Brown but so far, no word back.
