If you want to party with Charlie Sheen, you better keep everything completely secret regarding the actor and all of his sexual proclivities or you'll be on the hook for six-figures.
According to the non-disclosure agreement, before Charlie's lady friends have access to "spend time" with The Warlock, they must agree to keep everything completely private. That includes all "financial matters, legal matters, personal matters, unlisted telephone numbers, security alarm codes, calendars, household activities, health and medical information and fitness"
It also makes sure complete secrecy is kept regarding all Sheen's "sexual matters, leisure activities, lifestyle proclivities, customs and private conduct."
If the agreement is breached by Charlie's guest, then they're on the hook for a cool $100,000. The NDA is now revealed after a woman who claims to be an ex-girlfriend of Sheen sued the "Hot Shots" star accusing him of exposing her to the HIV virus and then allegedly dissuading her from taking the necessary medications.
In his response, Sheen calls the girl a "professional hooker party girl," and says she's extorting him. He admits to unprotected sex with the girl, but claims he revealed his HIV positive status to her when they first met.
Sheen provided the NDA in his filing to not only provide evidence of what he feels is a breach in contract, but also to point out that their contract required all disputes to be settled in legal arbitration.
