Carrie Underwood Reveals New Hardware in Wrist With Gnarly X-Ray

Carrie Underwood finally revealed the extent of her injuries after taking a serious tumble down the stairs of her home, and she's going to have a hard time making it through metal detectors for a while.
Through an X-Ray update on Instagram, Underwood explained to fans she's "good to go" after her latest checkup regarding her broken wrist that also left her with 40 to 50 stitches on her face. It's the first look into the terrible injury the singer sustained a few months ago.
The X-Ray shows what looks like a plate and pins securing her wrist in place. The singer exclaimed, "Last check up on the old wrist this morning!! Thanks, Dr. Wurth and my PT angel, Renee, a.k.a. “Bulldog” for fixing me up!!! ? I’m good to go!"
The country superstar has laid low since the accident, recuperating while doing physical therapy and has not shared much. She is unsure exactly how her injuries will fully heal, saying "I'm hoping that, by then, the differences are minimal, but, again, I just don't know how it's all going to end up."
