Shannade Clermont is on a strict travel restriction since her arrest for allegedly stealing a dead man's credit card information, but she is pleading with a judge to let her out of the state to go see her grandfather.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the "Bad Girls Club" star is requesting permission to visit New Jersey later this month because her grandpa is "ill and in hospice care."

It's not out of the question for Clermont to think that if her grandfather is very sick, she may not get another chance to see him as she deals with the very serious charges in her criminal case.

Since Clermont was indicted for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft she has already been called out by the U.S. Attorney for traveling to Detroit for a strip club appearance.

The Blast broke the story, the former model for Kanye West‘s Yeezy Season 6 is accused of acquiring information from two debit cards belonging to a man who had allegedly hired the reality star as a prostitute hours before he was discovered dead from a drug overdose.

Clermont is not implicated in the man’s death, however investigators linked her to over $20,000 in purchases made on the stolen cards.

The judge has not yet signed off on Clermont's request.
