Willow Smith is finally thinking clearly now and she attributes that to quitting smoking marijuana.

The 19-year-old daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith appeared on the most recent episode of "Red Table Talk" on Facebook Watch and opened up about her recreational marijuana use and how she came to the realization that it was impacting her life in a negative way. She called her habit "excessive" but divulged that she has been reefer free for three months.

"When I stopped smoking it was a really big eye-opener,” she told her mom and grandma. “There are so many people that I called friends in my life who just kind of like [drifted away]. It really made me think like, ‘This is really interesting.’”

Willow said that when she decided to focus on other hobbies after she stopped smoking and she claimed that she began to excel at other activities.

“And I know this sounds cheesy but around the time I stopped smoking, I started doing a lot of yoga and I just excelled because I was putting all of my energy into that, I wasn’t doing anything else,” she said. “And I was like, ‘Wow, what if I was doing this with everything?’ And then it really made me think, ‘What have I been missing? What have I been not putting my all into or not putting all of my brain power into?’”

Jada said she was really proud of her daughter for doing some deep introspection and said, “as your mother, I could see the effects of it that you couldn’t.”

Willow continued to make the point that smoking marijuana doesn't affect everyone the same way but, in her case, it came from a negative place.

“Just really think about what is the first thought in your head before you smoke. What is your first thought? And if that’s a thought of stress or using it as a crutch in any way, try to think about that,” she said. “And if that comes from a negative place, examine that, because if it comes from a negative place, that could snowball.”

“Just think about what are some other things that you could utilize that aren’t physically or mentally dampening.”

As she explained in the clip, Willow has been really putting in work when it comes to Yoga and that is what she is using as a stress reliever. She has been sharing her impressive progress on Instagram to show her fans what she is now capable of.

"?? FINALLY getting a little bit consistent with my #puppypress without blocks ‼️ do you have a leg that’s easier to press up on ? Mine is my right," she captioned an impressive handstand move.

We are pretty stoked she's one step closer to Nirvana.
