Wendy Williams is adamant she’s not back working with her estranged husband despite recent reports.
The famed talk show host sat down Wednesday morning with Fox 5 in New York for a sixteen-minute interview.
Williams was asked about a variety of personal topics by the hosts, including the rumors that she recently hired her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, back as her business manager.
She told the hosts, “The only business – I repeat – the only business me and Mr. Hunter are involved with is getting a divorce finalized.” Wendy said she will continue to be friends with Kevin, but she needs a “divorce yesterday”.
When asked if she could ever accept Kevin’s new life (meaning his mistress and baby with her) she responded, “sure, as long as he could accept mine.”
Wendy also said their son, Kevin Jr. is doing well and rolling with all the drama.
Wendy said she is enjoying her active social life while ruining her empire. In regard to dating, she said she won’t be single for that long.
She also denied rumors she was moving her talk show across the country to Los Angeles.
Earlier this month, Wendy and Kevin listed the New Jersey mansion they lived in during their marriage.
Sources close to the situation tell The Blast, both Wendy and Kevin were well aware that the home was going up for sale, but apparently the public listing drew so much attention that the real estate agent was asked to “take it off the market” immediately.
The Zillow listing now shows the property as “Off Market,” but we’re told the mansion is still very much available as a private listing.
We’re told it may reappear back on the public market … but that won’t happen until the divorce proceedings between Wendy and Kevin are further along.
However, even though Wendy’s house is not publicly for sale, it is still available and ready to be sold by one of New Jersey’s top luxury agents, Jamie Silverman from Coldwell Banker.
For those interested, the 5,700 sq. ft. home has 5-bedrooms and 4-and-a-half-bathrooms, and is pretty spectacular.
