'The Walking Dead' Raises Zombies and Charity Money at Comic-Con

"The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead" can make donations at San Diego Comic-Con’s DeadQuarters to help end hunger.

Fans of the popular AMC show are super stoked, not only do they get a chance to meet their favorite stars of the hit show, they also get to give back for a good cause.

According to AMC, Feeding San Diego has partnered with "The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead" to help bring food to those in need by establishing a drop-off point for donations of certain items at AMC’s DeadQuarters located at San Diego Comic-Con.

All of the stars showed up to show their support including, Daryl Dixon aka Norman Reedus.

Reedus, 50-years-old, was seen taking tons of photos with fans, signing autographs and looking cooler than ever.

Norman has been with the show since the launch in 2010.


Jenna Elfman and Austin Amelio were also in attendance showing the love to their fans. The pair were spotted posing for a selfie with one lucky fan.

Jenna, 47, plays June in the "Fear of The Walking Dead" while Ausin, 31, plays Dwight in both of the shows.


Lennie James and Maggie Grace mingled with some fans. Maggie played the role of photog taking a picture of Lennie with some fans.

Lennie, 53, plays Morgan Jones on both shows and Maggie, 35, plays Althea in "Fear of The Walking Dead."

Starting Thursday, July 18 and running through Sunday, July 21, people can bring particular items to Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade, across from the Hilton Gaslamp Hotel. Individuals donating will receive a “Hilltop Token” which will be good for several discounts from local businesses throughout the weekend.

If you won’t be attending San Diego Comic-Con, you can still help. Cash donations can be made at the website of Feeding San Diego with each $10 donation providing 40 meals for those in need of food.
