The woman accusing Usher of exposing her to an STD wants the singer to get his blood drawn and prove once and for all if he has the virus or not.
Quantasia Sharpton, along with two other plaintiffs, filed a motion compelling Usher to be tested for herpes simplex 1 and 2 so that he can "bring peace of mind to those with whom he has had sexual contact and to allow them to avoid the costs associated with their own medical testing."
According to the docs, Sharpton's attorney claims Usher has already refused several requests for Usher to voluntarily have his blood tested or produce any evidence he doesn't have the STD, so they feel asking the court to force him to a blood test is the way to go.
They even provided the name of a nearby clinic close to Usher's Atlanta home, and noted the cost is only $100. They're asking that the test go down before October 25.
As we previously reported, Sharpton is also getting weight loss surgery after getting fat shamed when she went publicly accused the singer of exposing her to the STD during an alleged sexual encounter.
