Ex-Wife's Restraining Order Against Tyrese Is Denied

Tyrese's ex-wife has failed in her bid to get a restraining order against the "Fast & the Furious" star.

The judge ruled there was not an ongoing pattern of harassment by Tyrese against Norma. The judge cleared the courtroom after the ruling so they can discuss Tyrese's daughter, Shayla.

Tyrese was seen after the ruling, crying.
