Kylie Jenner’s baby daddy is still in litigation over a concert that left a fan paralyzed and the venue is now accusing Travis Scott of breaching their deal by failing to take out an insurance policy.

On October 18, the rapper was sued by Bowery Presents LLC, the company that owns the New York music venue Terminal 5, where Scott performed in 2017.

The venue accuses the rapper of failing to get insurance for one of his shows, despite making promises otherwise. The show ended with a fan becoming paralyzed after falling off a balcony.

Bowery says Scott is responsible for any judgment awarded to the fan in the lawsuit he brought against the rapper and the venue. They claim Scott and the other co-defendants were supposed to take out insurance for the show but "failed to procure insurance."

Last year, the fan, Kyle Green, sued the "Astroworld" rapper claiming Scott incited mayhem and chaos during the NYC performance that led to Green allegedly getting shoved over a balcony by out of control fans.

Green alleged that he was improperly removed from the venue after the fall and now needs a wheelchair for mobility.

Travis Scott countersued The Bowery and Strike Force Protective Services, claiming their recklessness and carelessness contributed to the incident.

Scott’s documents claim any injuries Green suffered were his own fault and that he should have known the risks associated with attending a concert.

The rapper demanded the case be dismissed, and wants to make it clear that if any damages are awarded to the injured fan, then it’s going to be paid by the security company and the venue.

The case remains ongoing.
