Travis Barker's Daughter Accepts Echosmith Drummer's Apology

By Gary Trock

Travis Barker's daughter is accepting the apology from a 20-year-old musician who claims to not have known she was underage when he slid into her DM's.

13-year-old Alabama Barker released a statement on Friday, explaining she was posting on behalf of Echosmith drummer, Graham Sierota, after she exposed him for, what her father has deemed, "predatory" behavior.

Alabama once again explained that Sierota had, "dmed me a while back in 2016 and then once again in July saying I was beautiful and invited me to a bbq at his house."

Alabama, who is an aspiring singer, said that, "He is very sorry about the situation and regretful," adding that, "I forgive him and would like for this all to be over."

The Blast first reported the incident between the indie-pop band's drummer and Barker's daughter.

At the time, the Blink-182 star told us, "When I found out a 20 year old man was trying to get in touch with my 13 year old daughter by filling her Instagram messages with party invites and compliments I was disgusted."

Barker added, "That’s predatory behavior and there is nothing cool, normal or ok about it at all."

Sierota, who performs with his siblings in Echosmith, apologized and told us in a statement, "I’m really sorry and feel very badly about this. I didn’t realize she was a minor and assumed she was my age. I made a careless mistake and this is a big lesson for me. I would like to apologize again to Alabama, her dad Travis, and her family."

His instagram page has gone private since the incident.
