Tori Spelling's nanny was tasked with cleaning up more than a dirty diaper when she was served legal papers for her boss after unknowingly answering the actress' door when a process server came knocking.

On November 13, TD Bank informed the court they had successfully served the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star via her nanny, Rossana.

The suit brought by TD Bank was filed back in October after Spelling failed to pay up on an owed balance of $1,400.24. It appears the charge was linked to a credit card.

It's unclear if the service to Rossana will stick, or Spelling will fight it like Nicki Minaj's mother did for a separate lawsuit the singer is dealing with.

The $1,400 is small potatoes compared to the $338,595 tax lien Spelling was hit with last year by the Franchise Tax Board in California. The actress was also hit last year for allegedly failing to pay back a bank loan for $220,000.

It may be time to kick the reality show back into action.
