Tori Spelling's Husband Dean McDermott Yuks It Up On Stage During Stand-Up Comedy Gig

By Ryan Naumann

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott gave stand-up comedy a try last night, which may help pay off the not-so-funny $219,000 legal battle the couple is currently facing.

Tori and Dean are currently in Vancouver while the actress shoots the upcoming “90210” reboot.

Dean decided to try out stand-up comedy and booked himself a spot at a comedy club called Yuk Yuk’s.

Dean posted a video following his comedy set saying it was a “great time” and that he “loves doing stand-up”. He announced he will also be performing next week.

He captioned the video, “Thank you @yukyuksvan for having me again. I had a blast!! See you next weds!!! #standup #funny #followingmydream#dreamer #laugh”

Tori and Dean were sued by City National Bank back in 2016. The bank accused them of refusing to pay up on a $205,000 debt. The couple blew off the case and were hit with a default judgment of $219,796.66.

A judge ordered a financial examination of Tori and Dean’s finances. The couple had to show up to court with their bank records and sources of income. Tori only agreed to hand over her “90210” contract with a strict confidentiality agreement.

Per their deal, both parties agreed to keep those details under wraps. The motion makes it appear the bank is set to try and go after Tori’s reboot paychecks to collect on their money owed.
