Todd & Julie Chrisley Granted $100,000 Bond, Must Surrender Passports

Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie, will be given the chance to bond out of custody ... if they can fork over the $100,000 each.
The Chrisley's just appeared at a federal courthouse in Atlanta to face multiple charges of bank fraud and tax evasion, and pled not guilty.
Sources in the courtroom tell The Blast the reality stars were not handcuffed when they appeared before the judge.

Julie wore a dress and Todd kept it classy in a light-colored suit, we're told she was very calm but Todd seemed very anxious about the court appearance.
The judge issued each star a bond of $100,000 and also require that both of their passports be surrendered before they are released from custody.
After the hearing, the couple walked out with smiles on their faces as their lawyer addressed the press, saying, "We're gonna fight it and we're gonna win. They are innocent of every single charge."
As we reported, the stars of "Chrisley Knows Best" turned themselves in to U.S. Marshalls on Wednesday after being hit with a federal indictment.
The indictment, filed in the Northern District of Georgia and obtained by The Blast, charged Todd and Julie with 11 counts related to bank fraud and tax evasion.
According to the federal sentencing guidelines, the reality stars are facing up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Officials claim Todd and Julie set up a production company, called 7C's Productions, which served as a loan-out company for all the money earned through their popular reality show, "Chrisley Knows Best," which airs on the USA Network.
The documents claim millions of dollars were deposited into the production company account over the years, but the reality stars did not file tax returns in time for 2014, 2015 or 2016.
Furthermore, they accuse Julie of actually cutting and pasting together financial figures to falsify documents.
After the stars were arrested, their daughter Savannah took to social media with an inspirational message.
"Do not be afraid or discouraged... The battle is not yours, but God's," she wrote.
They better hope the big man upstairs has a good defense attorney on retainer.
