Timbaland is going through every house seller's worst nightmare — he's suing to get a guy evicted from his home after the buyer failed to close the deal and now refuses to leave.

As The Blast first reported, Timbaland listed his 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 10,689 sq. ft. pad in Miami just a few months after his divorce became final. The last listing price for the home was $3,390,000.

According to a lawsuit filed this week in Miami and obtained by The Blast, Timbaland found a buyer in a man named William Zamora. In the suit, Timbaland says he worked out a deal with Zamora to let him live in the mansion while the escrow was closing.

The contract stated if the sale didn't close, Zamora would have to pay $30,000 per month he was in the home.

However, Timbaland claims Zamora failed to close on the purchase altogether and refuses to vacate the home.

He is demanding the court order Zamora vacate his mansion immediately.

Seeing as the home is back on the market (if Zamora ever leaves) here are a few features in case you're in the market: the home features a full game room, formal dining room, theater, wet bar, room-to-room aquarium, large maid’s quarters, 3-car-garage, tropical pool area, covered BBQ, and a tennis court (that you share with a neighbor).
